We only collect your information through your submittal of one of our forms to provide management services to you as required by your community association. We do not collect any information through cookies or device fingerprinting.
Why do we collect your information:
We collect your information to provide you with information regarding your community association and to provide service to the common and limited elements of your community association. The information collected is utilized to send you the required mailings regarding your community, coordinate scheduled maintenance, emergencies regarding the community or your property, and to provide statements of account.

All information stored with us is stored on secure servers. History of your account and communications between you, your community association and us may be kept for up to 7 years.

We maintain and protect your data on secure servers or in hard copy format. Information sent using one of our online forms is stored across a protected, 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection and is encrypted.
